Aged in the unique Solera systems of old oak barrels, it is transformed into a wonderfully complex nutty fortified wine, which is blended with a little Pedro Ximez to add rich, raisin sweetness and luscious body.
This unctuous sweet Sherry, with a deep mahogany colour has inviting aromas of spice and dried fruit. These are followed by flavours of raisins, and caramel with a wonderful walnut finish. Delicious as a warming treat to sip or paired with spiced fruit cake puddings.
