ABOUT THIS WINE:
Vineyards are spread widely across the sunny, warm island of Sicily, and the ripe modern wines produced there are increasingly popular. This generously fruity 100% Shiraz was made in the western part of the island by Gaetane Carron, who aged the wine in oak barrels for 5 months to add extra spicy hints.
This wine is best served at room temperature and makes the perfect, easy match for casual supper dishes like lamb chops, premium sausages, or steak and chips. Try it with rich pasta sauces or pepperoni pizzas too!
