A full and fruity white port with ripe stone fruit, subtle oak notes and a delicate crisp finish.
ABOUT THIS BOTTLE:
White port is made by local white varieties Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, Gouveio, grown on the steep slopes of the Douro region in Northern Portugal. Grapes are handpicked and vinified and then the port is aged in the coastal region of Porto, looked after by Taylors head winemaker David Guimaraens.
White port can be served with seafood dishes such as clams or mussels. Alternatively try it as an aperitif: either by itself or served as a refreshing long drink with tonic water, making it a lighter alternative to gin.
