You can see why Shiraz is the most widely planted red variety in Australia. It is very versatile variety to work with in terms of style. Winemaker Paul Milton has selected from premium vineyards to make a rich, full flavoured wine, with hints of mint and a fine palate length.
Serve with meat dishes, especially char-grilled pork, steak or lamb. It is also a great match for roast chicken or turkey with all the trimmings, and will accompany rich hard cheeses.
