ABOUT THIS WINE:
Cava is the traditional and highly respected sparkling wine made from local grape varieties in the east of Spain. This is a refined, premium example with a notably fresh, aromatic character. It was fermented in its bottle and aged for longer than usual on its lees to add subtle yeasty notes. The winemaker was Gabriel Suberviola, who has been making fine cava for nearly 15 years.
Serve chilled. This fine sparkling wine is perfect for parties and celebrations and will be delicious served on it's own or with light canapes, mild cheeses and fresh fruit.
