ABOUT THIS WINE:
This fine Amontillado sherry has been made in the sherry region of Jerez, south-west Spain by the renowned sherry producer Williams & Humbert, which was founded in 1877. Made from 100% Palomino grapes, it has been aged for a minimum of three years in traditional solera system of the Williams & Humbert bodega in the city of Jerez de la Frontera.
SERVING:
Serve chilled. It makes a great aperitif, or try it with grilled and cold meats, a selection of cheeses, or light savoury snack such as party food and pat?.
KEEPING:
This sherry is ready to drink now, or enjoy it within one year of purchase. Once opened, it will remain in good condition for up to one month if you replace the stopper and keep the bottle in a cool, dark place.
