STYLE: A ripe, smooth, fruity Italian red, with delicious flavours of red plums and blackcurrant. SERVING: Serve this wine at room temperature or try it with very slightly chilled. It's great on its own, or pair it up with mild cheeses, ham, pizza or pasta with tomato-based sauces.
KEEPING: Drink within six months of purchase. Once opened the wine will remain in good condition for up to two days if resealed and stored in a cool, dark spot.
ABOUT THIS WINE: This wine has been made exclusively for Marks & Spencer by winemaker Alessandro Michelon from a blend of traditional Italian grapes grown in the varieties predominately Puglia.
