ABOUT THIS WINE:
This wine has all the hallmarks of a young, elegant claret with a fruity, modern character. It was made from a classic Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes grown on clay and limestone hills overlooking the river Garonne, south of the city of Bordeaux. The winemaker was Yvan Meyer. This wine in unoaked.
SERVING:
Serve at room temperature. This wine is a versatile partner for a range of savoury dishes, especially roast lamb, lightly spiced meat dishes or cheese and biscuits.
KEEPING:
This wine has been released ready to drink and will keep for a further 9 months after purchase. Once opened, it should be finished within 2 days, with the bottle resealed between servings.
