SERVING: Serve well chilled, straight from the fridge or over ice. It makes a perfect aperitif or try serving with salty snacks like nuts, crisps, olives and tapas or with fresh seafood and fish.
KEEPING: Dry sherries should be enjoyed while they are young and zesty. Drink within a year of purchase and once opened, keep it in the fridge and finish within a week.
ABOUT THIS WINE: Manzanilla is a highly prized dry sherry produced only in the bodegas of Sanlucar de Barrameda on the estuary of the Guadalquivir river in south western Spain. The characteristics salty tang is a result of the cool Atlantic breezes which have a unique effect on the ageing of this sherry. This wine has been sealed with a screw cap, our aim is to choose the most suitable closure for each wine. CONTAINS: Sulphites
