Q. If I place an order and it is not in Stock, what happens?
We constantly monitor the website to ensure that all Items are available in our Warehouse. In case Items are not available you will be contacted by our Stock Department to issue the Return.
Q. Can I choose the time of Delivery?
It is recommended to contact our Stock Department and include the preferred time and contact details after confirming the order.
Q. Can I return products or get a refund?
Refunds are not allowed, but if the product has been delivered and is not up to standard it can be exchanged. We make sure that all products are up to standard prior to delivery.
Q. Are there any extra charges in the final Cost of the product?
There is a delivery charge of €5 if the Total Cost is less than €75 otherwise there are no extra costs. For further information with regards to delivery please visit our "Delivery" Page.
