Delivery Policies
Deliveries are carried out daily in Malta and Gozo between 9:00am and 4:00pm on weekdays (Mon to Fri excluding public holidays). Deliveries are carried out up to a maximum of 48 hours after receipt of the order.
Minimum order for free delivery is €75 per delivery address. Orders lower than €75 carry an automatic delivery charge of €5 per delivery address.
We are also offering a pick-up service. With this option customers can choose to pick up their order from one of our shops located in Valletta, Sliema (9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday) or Baystreet (10am to 10pm everyday). Customers must present a copy of the sales receipt printed from the website.
Door to door deliveries
When receiving an order, customers are requested to sign a delivery note to confirm that the order has been delivered. An ID number will be requested.

Return Policy
Orders have to be checked upon delivery and any breakages or damages are to be pointed out to the delivery persons at the time of delivery. Kindly note that chilled wines are not returnable.
