Winedrop.com is a website owned and operated by Supermarkets (1960) Ltd, which is the Maltese company that holds the franchising licence for the Marks & Spencer brand in Malta. Supermarkets (1960) Ltd was created in 1960 in order to operate the Marks & Spencer franchise and opened the first shop in 1962. There are currently four Marks & Spencer shops in Malta, which are located in Sliema, Valletta, Baystreet and Tigne Point. Winedrop.com provides an online shopping service for Marks & Spencer wines and hampers to addresses in Malta and Gozo. All products sold on www.winedrop.com consist of items from the Marks & Spencer product range.
